Dr. Bianca Petite

Chiropractor | Sports & Performance Practitioner

Recently named "Graduate of the Year" for Clinical Chiropractic Studies by the ACA, I'm an athlete at heart who has grown up in various high-performance sporting environments. Sport has shaped who I am, from the long hours in the pool, to the early mornings and pursuit of competitive performance. This lived experience is what drives my passion for creating a space where people feel supported, educated, and empowered to move well at every stage of their journey.

Through Petite Chiropractic & Wellness, my focus is tailored towards personalised, evidence-based care that looks beyond symptoms and addresses how each person moves, trains, and lives. I blend chiropractic treatment with soft tissue therapy, functional strength training and rehabilitation to help clients restore movement, build resilience and return to what they love with confidence. I prioritise longer, one-on-one sessions because I believe meaningful outcomes come from understanding the individual.

Alongside my clinical work, I continue to coach and work within sporting environments, particularly in aquatic and endurance sports. As a competitive swimmers and triathlete myself, I understand the physical demands, mental pressure and discipline required to perform. My goal is to guide people through recovery, performance, and long-term wellbeing in a way that feels supportive, empowering and sustainable.
